Why Visit Waterhouse Center

The Waterhouse Center Ropes Course brings you more than twenty-eight years of team building experience. We provide some of the most powerful corporate team building events, corporate team building workshops, and corporate team building programs ever offered. We also serve government agencies, schools, athletic teams and youth and teen organizations.

Building successful organizational relationships is an art, not an accident. Waterhouse Center relies on empirically proven experiential programs to achieve this end goal.
Before coming to the Waterhouse Center Ropes Course a course facilitator will go over a needs assessment with the leader of the organization. This assessment by our facilitators incorporates an orientation for your participants, ensures content validity and maximizes learning time.

At the Center, the staff rapidly transition participants into a unique, challenging, safe environment. The participants will encounter a series of demanding problems that will stretch them intellectually, physically and emotionally. Our experienced staff assists the group in analyzing their successes and their difficulties at each station, and leads them in discussions that relate their learning to their life away from the ropes course.

The development and growth of individual and group skills are dramatically evident as the day at the Waterhouse Center Ropes Course progresses. Employees, students, sports teams and other organizations leave the course with techniques and attitudes that open new lines of communication, increase personal accountability and responsibility, and transform groups into effective teams. Participants leave the ropes course refreshed and recharged.
